What to Expect
BEFORE
One of our providers will obtain a detailed health history to identify if you are a good candidate for this treatment.
DURING
The injection is usually given in the arm or abdomen after the skin is cleansed thouroughly with alcohol. You may experience something called the NAD+ rush when the injection is adminsitered with patients reporting they feel a warmth/flushing sensation, lower leg muscle cramping/pressure or dizziness. This is common and resolves within a few minutes. Our providers are experienced with this and administer the injection slowly which helps allviate this common feeling.
AFTER
The injection site maybe sore and red after injection but usually resolves within 24 hours.
