What to Expect
BEFORE
No special preparations are required before your weekly injection. Come as you are!
DURING
We will take a detailed medical history and discuss your weight loss efforts as well as your weight loss goals. Then we'll come up with an individualized plan based on your goals. We use tailed treatment plans which our provider will prescribe the same day as your consultation. After your initial consultation, we will follow you either weekly or monthly depending on the follow up schedule that best fits with your lifestyle.
AFTER
There are no restrictions or downtime after the injection is given. You can go back to your regular daily activities immediately after the treatment. However, you should drink plenty of water with a goal of at least 64 oz/day, move your body, and increase protien intake to optimize weight loss efforts. Detailed nutrition and exercise planning will be discussed during your consultation.
